Anthony Varga, President, Rittal Systems Ltd., accepting the Best Workplaces in Canada Award

Rittal Systems Ltd. has been recognized as one of this year’s Best Workplaces in Canada by Great Place to Work Institute Canada. The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from a 58-statement survey completed by a random selection of employees, along with their open-ended comments about their organization; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures.

“Excellence for our customers has always been a primary goal for Rittal,” the company says. “The journey to becoming a company that is customer friendly and focused starts with the dedicated group of individuals comprising Rittal Systems Ltd… Everyone participates in driving change and improvement within the organization and everyone shares in the success we achieve together.”

Over the past five years, the company has been redoing how it looks internally and externally, and “discovering intimately what our customers and partners were looking for… What our customers see is how we feel and therefore winning this award confirmed to our organization that we are on the right path and the journey continues.”
