For the fifth consecutive year, Rittal Systems Ltd., is being certified as a Great Workplace in Canada after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience. Rittal’s Trust Index score has exceeded the minimum threshold to be officially Certified as a Great Workplace!

Tim Rourke, President, Rittal Systems Canada, said, “I would like to thank our amazing team for making Rittal a Great Place to Work for the fifth year in a row. I am proud and honoured to be able to work with such a respectful, friendly and supportive team that collaborates so well together, and regularly goes above and beyond for the customer, the company and for each other. We often hear that our industry is one of the few where employees enjoy such longevity of service, a fact that speaks to the stability of the industry and also to the environment, and it is this tremendous environment that our employees are all a part of creating”.

Rittal employees have identified the opportunities to learn and grow, and the training sessions, as well as the fun activities, BBQs, and frequent communications to keep them aware of the latest and greatest happenings at Rittal.  Most importantly, they have identified the strong, strategic leadership, the trust and teamwork, and the fact that they can take pride in the many innovations and constant evolving technology that Rittal has to offer to customers and distributors, and that makes Rittal a thought leader in the manufacturing industry.
