The conference program for this year’s Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) Electrical Channel Conference provides 20/20 Vision on where Canada’s electrical industry is heading in the next four years. Early bird deadline: March 31.

“The intent of this conference program is to offer insight on the many changes taking place in our industry—from the standpoint of technology, products and services, customer needs and other key areas—and to help guide you as you navigate these changing times,” says Murray Chamney, Chair of EFC’s National Advisory Council and President of Intralec Electrical Products.

• Dirk Beveridge, a leading advocate of change and innovation, presenting on “Innovate In Disruptive Times”

• Tom O’Shea, Agility Consulting & Training, presenting on “Fast, Focused & Flexible”

• J.P Fry, a leadership and performance expert presenting on “Performing Under Pressure: Doing Your Best When It Matters Most”

This year’s program also includes an industry disruptive convergence panel, presentation on EFC’s 2016 research study, The Future of the Canadian Electrical Contractor,and a session on“What Keeps You Up at Night?”
