Mysa Announces Acquisition of Assets from Zen Ecosystems

Mysa, the Newfoundland & Labrador-based market leader in smart thermostats for high voltage electric heating and cooling, has announced its acquisition of the intellectual property of Zen Ecosystems, a company specializing in smart thermostats for central heating and cooling and commercial energy management solutions. Mysa’s first acquisition signals its continued growth in the energy-efficient smart thermostat and smart energy management market, and furthers its mission to lead in global electrification, reduce carbon emissions, and combat climate change.

About the Acquisition

Mysa smart thermostats help consumers save money and energy through smart control for their high voltage home heating and cooling systems. This acquisition allows Mysa to provide smart thermostat solutions to an even larger number of homes throughout North America, while expanding into commercial energy management using Zen’s established platform, ZenHQ. ZenHQ is a cloud-based service that helps small to medium-sized businesses monitor, analyze, and optimize their energy usage across multiple locations, and reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.
