September 25, 2016

On September 14 and 15, Lumen welcomed customers and vendors to a celebration of the official opening of its second branch in Atlantic Canada, bringing the total number of branches to 34.

Lumen began expanding into Atlantic Canada with a 12,000 sq ft. express branch in Dartmouth, NS. Lumen continued to expand the national footprint with its 34th branch, in Moncton, NB.

The event showcased both the Moncton and Dartmouth facilities to their customers and vendors. The unique features of Lumen’s open concept design, state-of-the-art LED lighting and specialized services have resonated well with the Atlantic Canada community. Attendees were able to speak to Lumen associates regarding their customer experience and received a tutorial on the eCommerce platform, EleKnet.

“Lumen is a service oriented organization,” said Lumen Regional Director of Atlantic Canada, Shannon Fougere at the event. “As our time in Atlantic Canada continues to grow our services will continue to be nothing less than excellent.”

At the end of the evenings Fougere reassured guests “that Lumen is here to stay, in Atlantic Canada.”
