December 2, 2024

Leviton Canada is pleased to announce that it has been named a Great Place to Work company for the fourth year in a row following a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Canada.

This certification is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.

“We are delighted to be recognized as a Great Place to Work-certified company once again,” says Jason Prevost, President & Chief Operating Officer of Leviton Canada. “This achievement reflects the incredible dedication and hard work of our employees and their unwavering commitment, outstanding work ethic, and enduring loyalty. Our results continue to improve year after year, showcasing the strength and resilience of our workforce. We are committed to uphold this recognition, this year and for many years to come.”

According to data from Great Place to Work, organizations recognized as great workplaces experience better financial outcomes, lower employee turnover, and higher levels of customer satisfaction compared to their counterparts. Additionally, workplaces built on a foundation of trust are well-positioned to foster innovation, agility, resilience, and efficiency.
