IPEX Earns Great Place To Work Certification

May 31, 2024

IPEX is proud to announce its Canadian operation has achieved Great Place to Work Certification from the Great Place To Work (GPTW) organization.

GPTW is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation. This certification is based entirely on employee feedback and what current employees are saying about their experience working at IPEX.

“We are very proud to be recognized as a great place to work,” said Alex Mestres, CEO, Aliaxis America. “Thank you to all of our Canadian team members for their participation and honest feedback. These results reinforce why we choose to work for IPEX and our commitment to foster an inclusive and safe environment where our people can thrive.”

GPTW Certification is based on results of the Trust Index survey administered by the GPTW Institute, which assesses employee satisfaction in key areas, from fairness and credibility to respect, camaraderie and pride. A summary of the company’s scores is on IPEX’s Great Places to Work profile, with highlights including:

  • 88% of employees feel they are treated fairly, regardless of their sexual orientation.
  • 87% said IPEX is physically a safe place to work.
  • 84% of employees said they are treated fairly, regardless of their gender
  • 83% said customers would rate the service IPEX delivers as “excellent”
