IDEA (Industry Data Exchange Association, Inc.) is partnering with Insite Software, a B2B software company that provides manufacturers and distributors with eCommerce, mobile commerce, portfolio, and analytics solutions. InSite Software is the latest addition to IDEA’s highly successful Tech Affiliate Program, a multi-organization partnership that connects customers with high-achieving technology companies to have access to a wider range of services. This new partnership will augment IDEA’s new products—IDEA Connector and IDEA Exchange—and will provide more flexibility to customers who may have highly specific needs.

Insite provides their clients with four main products:
InsiteCommerce — takes B2B eCommerce to the next level with its scalable, robust architecture and deep integration capabilities, and has multiple features such as catalogue management, content management system (CMS), and order management
InsiteCommerce mobile app — provides mobile commerce to wholesalers that service customers working in the field, and delivers immediate access to search a product catalogue, check order status, and add items to a cart and checkout
InsitePortfolio — provides reliable access to digital product catalogues and related sales, marketing and education content in a branded native application
InsiteAnalytics for eCommerce — harnessing metrics from InsiteCommerce, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager for a holistic view of measured success

“We’re extremely pleased with this new partnership,” says Mike Wentz, Executive Vice President of IDEA. “We are committed to offering as many options to manufacturers and distributors as possible. Insite’s ambitious customer service goals and technology innovation is an exceptional match with IDEA.”

“We have had great success in the past in partnering with NEMA and NAED member companies in driving value for their key digital commerce initiatives,” says Steve Shaffer, Chief Executive Officer of Insite Software. “By forging a deeper collaboration with IDEA for stronger data integrations and connectivity, we believe IDEA’s customers can drive even more success and value. Because we understand distributor and manufacturer needs on both a small and large scale, we can fix today’s problems with an eye out for future trends.”
