Hammond Manufacturing Announces New Fergus Business Park Plant, Acquiring 11.5 Acres

Hammond Manufacturing doubles down on Canadian based manufacturing with the recent news it has acquired 11.5 acres in the new Fergus Business Park.

Fergus is also home to NEXANS with its wire plant that came to Fergus in 1966.

The New Hammond plant will help expand the volume of the 394 Edinburgh Road Facility in Guelph building electrical enclosures. Its anticipated to create an additional 100 positions and be on line in 2026.

Hammond Manufacturing had recently announced a new 83,000 facility in Palmerston to add to its facilities in Waterloo, Aberfolye, Guelph.
