Britech is Seeking a Canadian Sales Manager

The Canadian Sales Manager position is a new position to meet the growth objectives of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that growth and margin targets are met. This unique position requires technical acumen combined with a collaborative style to drive engagement leading to mutual success with our channel partners. This position is based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and requires a road warrior willing to travel 50%+ within the assigned territory. Qualified candidates that live outside of GTA will be considered.

The Canadian Sales Manager position is a new position to meet the growth objectives of the company.

What you offer: 

• Proven ability to meet or exceed key performance indicators
• The ability to work with distributors as well as electrical and mechanical engineering firms and contractors.
• Strong capability to develop and deliver technical sales presentations to engineering and trade groups
• Extensive sales, systems and product training to channel partners and sales representatives
• Experience with evaluating potential and existing representatives.
• Demonstrated success in setting territory and representative targets
• Successful accomplishments at trade shows and industry events.
• Timely, accurate and informative activity, sales, expense and performance reports.
• Skilled at public speaking, competent with Microsoft Office, reliable driver’s license and authorized to work in Canada
• 5+ years of Sales Management experience
• 5+ years of Electrical and/or Plumbing distributor sales experience
• Post-secondary Technical education, experience or certification such as C.E.T, a desirable asset.
• Bilingual, spoken and written French an asset.
