Introducing Alan Bearden as Interim President of Southwire Canada

Southwire Canada is pleased to announce that Alan Bearden has been appointed Interim President.

In this role, Alan will provide leadership and guidance for Southwire’s Canada-based organization, ensuring continuity and driving growth during this transitional period.

Alan Bearden brings a wealth of experience to the position, having joined Southwire in 2008. Over the years, he has held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance for EP&ES (formerly TCAS), Vice President of Integration, and Vice President of Finance for the Construction Systems and Solutions Group. In addition to his new responsibilities, Alan will continue to serve as Senior Vice President of Strategic Integration.

Alan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of West Georgia and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He resides in Villa Rica, Georgia, with his wife, Wanda, and enjoys spending time with family, boating, golfing, and traveling to Amsterdam to visit his son, daughter-in-law, and grandson.

As Southwire Canada continues its search for a permanent Vice President of Commercial Sales/President, the company is committed to filling this position locally, ensuring strong, homegrown leadership for the future.
