TTI Announces 2022 Winners of the Supplier Excellence Awards

TTI, Inc. recently announced the winners of its prestigious Supplier Excellence Awards.

Melanie Pizzey, Corporate Senior Vice President, Commercial Business Operations, made the announcement. “We are pleased to announce the 2022 Supplier Excellence Award winners.” TTI acknowledges the following suppliers for their outstanding global performance: Bourns, KOA, Littelfuse and Yageo.

In its twelfth year, the Global Operations Excellence Award recognizes the supplier who earns the award in all three TTI regions – Americas, EMEA, and Asia and scoring the highest total points globally. In a close competition for the 2022 recognition, four suppliers qualified for the prestigious award: Bourns, KOA, Littelfuse and Yageo. Scoring the highest number of total points including all regions, and for the eighth time Bourns will receive the Global Operations Excellence award.

Pizzey commented, “By earning the global award eight out of twelve years against some tough competition, Bourns has demonstrated global consistency in their dedication to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service. On behalf of the TTI team, thank you to all employees of the Bourns organization for another year of outstanding global support of TTI.”

For the Americas region, TTI presents Bourns, KOA and Yageo with the Platinum award which requires five consecutive years of award recognition, and continuous recognition each year to maintain Platinum status. Requiring two consecutive years of recognition, Littelfuse will be recognized with the Bronze level award. KOA will also be recognized with the Best Quality Award for the Americas as well as the Diamond Award for the highest overall point achievement. Additional announcements recognizing the individual award winners in our Asia and EMEA regions will be forthcoming.

The Supplier Excellence program focuses on quality measurements that include: on-time delivery, receiving quality, customer-reported quality, administrative quality, operations and business systems. In addition, there are performance measurements such as sales and management support.

Pizzey said, “The TTI SEA program has been instrumental in elevating supplier and distributor performance since the program’s inception in 1995. Our award criteria are challenging, and we are pleased that our suppliers continue to embrace the program and strive for continuous improvement.” She added, “The numerous supply chain challenges continued throughout 2022, and this group of elite suppliers have proven that regardless of the situation, they are capable of overcoming obstacles to consistently deliver quality and best-in-class levels of service.”
