CEW EFC GPTW

January 6, 2022

EFC has been certified as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW®) for the third year in a row. EFC’s strength is driven by each team member’s passion, commitment, skills, and creativity to serve members and the industry. This designation recognizes organizations that meet the highest standard of company culture benchmarked against the global average of great workplaces today. EFC may be a small team of people, but a mighty team nontheless.

Top results earned EFC the certification in GPTW®’s Trust Index survey, which measures employee experience, workplace culture, and leadership qualities. The results confirm that EFC employees have a positive work experience, coupled with pride in what they do and a feeling of comaraderie among colleagues. These results are a testament to EFC’s longstanding commitment to creating an exceptional workplace environment.

Many member companies have received this designation, such as 3M Canada, Guillevin, Phoenix Contact, Rittal Systems, Leviton Canada, Proax Technologies, SICK Ltd, Southwire, and Kerrwil. Congratulations to these companies and all other member companies taking part in certifications to promote their corporate brand and culture.

The EFC is excited to embark on the new year with new programs, training, and events (including their industry conference in Whistler, BC), for members in 2022.
