Halco Lighting Technologies, a lighting manufacturer with a portfolio of lighting solutions including energy efficient lamps, ballasts, and lighting fixtures has endorsed the NEMRA POS / POT Minimum Recommended Standards as part of its commitment to its reps.

Halco is dedicated to supporting its distribution partners and manufacturer representatives and recognizes that this partnership is enhanced when all parties know that the manufacturer representative is appropriately compensated for their efforts.

Said Chris Chickanosky, CEO for Halco, “Over the past year we have invested in our sales organization, our products and internal processes. We’re positioned for accelerated growth and know that our manufacturer representatives are integral to our success. Ensuring we can appropriately compensate them is important and NEMRA’s POS standards help us gather the information we need from our distribution partners to accomplish this. Standards streamline the process and make the data collection easier for us and our distribution partners.”

Jim Johnson, President of NEMRA, commented “On behalf of Halco’s reps, and all reps, we appreciate Halco’s support of the NEMRA POS minimum reporting standards and look forward to their support as we get ready to take the next step in in the POS administrative process via the NEMRA endorsed POSConnection platform, www.posconnection.com.”
