Viscor Inc. has announced the appointment of John Pannunzio as Director of Customer Success and Business Strategy. In this new role, John brings his expertise to ensure an outwardly focused, customer centric view, while creating and restructuring internal processes to suit the demanding needs of the modern customer. John is a member of the Viscor family where he has led the Customer Service department for the past 7 years.

John is a facts-based driven leader with a technically-minded, calming approach that quickly identifies, analyzes, and solves strategic and operational problems in fast-paced, complex environment.

Viscor Inc. has also appointed Eric Spada as Director of U.S. Sales. In this role, Eric brings an in-depth knowledge of our internal systems and his experience in sales management which will contribute to successfully leading our U.S. team of Regional Managers.

Eric is a member of the Viscor family where he has held the position of Sales Operations Manager for North America. Eric has shown tremendous capability and enthusiasm in his role this past year. Prior to Viscor, Eric joined us from TAMCO Group where he was responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Specialists.
